Life sometimes brings difficult moments, stressful times and complex situations that are hard to cope with alone. I can help children, teenagers and adults with any of the following issues, for example:
- Finding a lasting solution to difficult situations
- Experiencing rapid change
- Freeing oneself from emotional burdens (negative emotions/limiting beliefs)
- Finding effective, lasting solutions to recurring problems
- Overcoming psycho-somatic disorders, symptoms of chronic/acute stress and burn-out, emotional and behavioural disorders (lack of assertiveness, self-confidence, anxiety, tension, etc.)
- Overcoming anxiety, phobias and sleep disorders
- Coping with existential crises: rebuilding one’s life after bereavement, illness or a serious accident, overcoming trauma, freeing oneself from a difficult childhood or depressive tendencies, making decisions
- Stabilising after professional challenges / suffering at work: bullying, conflicts, stress, loss of job, change of position, etc./li>
