My approach and methods
My approach is holistic and based on the fact that we each have psychological resources within ourselves that enable us to heal, grow and flourish.
In psychological terms, a resource is a skill, a quality, an asset that we can use to live better or overcome a difficulty. It can be self-confidence, the ability to assert oneself, serenity, knowing how to relax, etc.
My aim is to reactivate, optimise or create psychological resources that are often weak, remote or extinguished.
Improving your quality of life or feeling better doesn’t necessarily require long-term therapy or coaching.
I specialise in effective brief therapy and coaching and in methods that have been tried and tested, including:

- Neuro-Imaginative Gestalt Therapy
- Wingwave Coaching
- Brainspotting
- The Emotion Code/ Body Code
- The Belief Code
- Jin Shin Jyutsu
I use a number of psychotherapy and coaching techniques chosen according to the patient, his/her situation, expectations, needs, the type and severity of the disorder and the context of the intervention. Sometimes, it might be necessary to switch from one method to another.
Most of the techniques are ideal for both online and face-to-face consultations.
